1. Battery: If the battery is not maintained for a long time, the electrolyte water will not be compensated in time after evaporation. If there is no starting battery charger, the battery's power will decrease after long-term natural discharge.

2. Engine oil: Engine oil has a certain shelf life, which means that if it is not used for a long time, the physical and chemical properties of the engine oil will change, causing the cleanliness of the diesel generator set to deteriorate during operation, which will cause damage to the unit parts.

3. Cooling system: If there is something wrong with the cooling system, it will cause two results.

（1） The cooling effect is not good, causing the water temperature in the generator set to be too high and causing shutdown;

（2） If the water tank leaks and the water level in the water tank drops, the diesel generator set will not be able to operate normally.

4. The increase in the amount of carbon deposits in the fuel/gas distribution system will affect the amount of fuel injected by the injector, resulting in insufficient combustion of the injector, uneven fuel injection amount in each cylinder of the engine, and uneven operating conditions. Stablize.

5. Fuel tank: When water enters the diesel generator set, the water vapor in the air will condense under the change of temperature, forming water droplets and hanging on the inner wall of the fuel tank. When the water droplets flow into the diesel, the water content of the diesel will exceed the standard. After such diesel oil enters the engine's high-pressure oil pump, it will corrode the precision coupling parts, and if serious, it will damage the unit.

6. Three filters: During the operation of the diesel generator set, oil dirt or impurities will be deposited on the filter wall. If not maintained for a long time, the filtration function of the filter will be reduced. If there are too many deposits, the oil circuit will not be clear. When the equipment is working, it will It will not be able to be used normally due to the unavailability of oil.

7. If the silent diesel generator is used for too long, the line connectors may become loose and require regular inspection.
